Getting Started
1
Choose a Protocol — tap 🎵 Protocol to browse all 29 options.
Each one has a plain-English description. Tap 📖 Science detail for the full research background.
2
Set your time — tap the timer ring (top-right) to choose a session duration:
5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 min or ∞ for no limit.
3
Press Play — the mandala visual responds to the frequency in real time.
The body map shows which organs the frequency is targeting.
4
Hum Along — tap 🎤 Hum and allow the microphone. Hum a steady tone
and watch the bloom change color to match your voice frequency.
Gut & Microbiome — 9 exclusive protocols targeting the gut-brain axis
Sound Bath — all tones cycling, full-body relaxation
💡 The Gut–Brain Sequence and Matrika Gut Walk step through tones automatically — just press Play and hum along as each tone changes.
The Body Map
The human figure shows which organs each frequency targets — Brain, Heart, Lungs, Gut, or Spine. Organs glow brighter as audio energy increases. The vagal nerve pathway pulses with coherence.
The Hum Color
When the microphone is on, your hum frequency shifts the mandala color: low tones glow warm red, mid tones green, high tones violet. Try to match the color of the playing protocol.
